is talulah.cooper one designer?
talulah.cooper is our store name, our focus is on the jewelry and the designers who make it. we carry a multitude of designers of all different aesthetics and price points from all over the world. we’re always on the lookout for new designers to carry so please don’t hesitate to suggest a designer’s name or line; email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

what metals do you carry?
while we appreciate recycled base metals, we do not carry lines that use them. talulah.cooper deals strictly with jeweler’s using only (nickel free) sterling silver and gold.
more recently we’ve decided to carry a couple designers working specifically in brass, something we mention both in store and online under materials.
what’s gold vermeil?
pronounced “vermay”, gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been gold plated. our vermeil pieces are either 22k or 24k gold.
how do i figure out my ring size?
it’s our recommendation you have your finger sized by a local jeweler. while we are responsible for sending the ring size you order, we are not responsible for determining your ring size. if you live in the area stop in and get measured at your earliest convenience.
do you accept returns?
all sales are final and non-refundable. if a question should arise contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
**holiday purchases made in store are refundable for store credit only within two weeks of said calendar date with a receipt.
do you accept phone orders?
we do accept phone orders. (all cards are accepted). if we are too busy in store, please email with your contact information and we will call you back to take your order.
how do i know if something online is in stock?
we do our best to ensure items shown online are in stock, that said on occasion if we do sell out before showing an item as out of stock online we will contact you with details about your order as soon as possible.
how long do i have to cancel an online order?
if you need to cancel an order you have 24 hours from when you placed that order to cancel. after 24 hours your order is non-refundable.
do you require a signature on delivery?
just as all shipments are insured, we always require a signature to provide peace of mind on both ends.
what are shipping costs?
shipping is free when bought in store. both in-store and online orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order, for a flat rate of $13.00 US dollars. shipping outside the country costs will vary; contact us at email@example.com for questions.
is priority shipping available?
all purchases are shipped for our standard shipping rate of $13.00. however if you would like to expedite your order, you may do so for an additional fee of $20.00.
do you charge tax?
sales tax is charged only if buying within the state of rhode island at a rate of 7%.
